No complaints from me at all, except for the fact that Neil from Carpet Magic did such a good job of removing seven years' worth of disgusting filth from my carpets (I watched it all going down the toilet) that it's put me off carpets forever. Still, most of us have to have them, so if you need yours cleaned you'll get a thorough cleaning job from this man.
