Born in Lancashire, and Bred in Kidderminster, Justin Kelly, (owner of the company) has been in and around Flooring, Carpets and the people who make the Industry tick from an early age. He has set up Businesses in Flooring Retail and sold a variety of products throughout the UK for more years than he likes to admit! More recently (well 10 years or so!), as a senior manager and then Director of a National Recruiter he has developed the requisite recruitment skills and organisational processes to be able to offer best advice to his growing list of clients and candidates alike.

The Flooring Market has been a vibrant and dynamic employer for many years, now it has a dedicated Recruitment firm to assist with its advancement.

We do not bombard you with CV's, We consider all aspects of a candidates suitability to your role before submitting and then we discuss with you, its old fashioned - but it works!! What if the candidate leaves? At Carpet Roles UK We take our commitment to our clients seriously. You get great value we believe, but our service is not cheap. If a Candidate leaves a role we have placed early in their new role we feel that its only fair to offer you a Replacement. Most Competitors offer some sort of Rebate up to 3 Months or 12 Weeks, We Offer you 12 Months or 52 Weeks of Peace of Mind!! Whereby you are not left in the lurch or worse, charged again for a candidate who gave you very little value for your money. This commitment has been rewarded with some great long term relationships with our growing list of clients. The First 6 Months we Replace Free of Charge, The following 6 Months are at a sliding scale of 16% per month (100% / 6 Months).

What About Advertising & Hidden Extra's? That's an easy one, for at Carpet Roles UK, there are none. We only get paid once you have your new member of Staff, no charges are made for advertising or of any other kind than the fee stated above.
