Very poor after sales service
I have recently purchased a carpet from Carpetright in Chesterfield. I spent just under £1,100 and when the fitters had been I was disgusted to find no door plate fitted. On enquiring with the store I was told a communication error had occured. I still had to pay them another £16 for a door plate for them to come and fit it. Just check you are getting underlay, grippers and door plate. Customer services are a waste of time
