Appauling fitting
When my flooring was first done I was so pleased, the fitters seemed polite everything was done efficiently and I was recommending them to so many people. A year an a half on the carpet is coming up from the floor, found a massive rip in the vinyl flooring that they clearly glued so I didn't notice and the vinyl is constantly coming up from the floor. Today I called carpets for less to see what they could do for me in terms of new floor or money off. All the woman kept saying was your out of your warentee mam. The flooring I bought had a warentee of 5 years however it was the fitters that have ruined it. Never using them again! Poor service !

unreliable
Waited for hours for a carpet to be delivered and fitted and when contacted to check time, was told they had "left messages to say the carpet we purchased had been sold. " Wife had taken day off work, cleared bedroom and carpet out as well. Was offered a cheaper carpet for same price but no compensation by way of discount, or free fitting. Wife had been in 4 days earlier and noticed carpet was not in rack marked "Sold " The sales person told her it was in rear of store. Buyer beware !
