Really bad experience
My van arrived yet again tied into a finance agreement After the first journey oil appeared from many places, basic nuts and bolts just not done up, engine management light on. Ended up spending £1000 just to get it safe, nothing but problems with this van, bad service from vans r us they just kept bodging it up, also drinks 1 tr of oil every 500 mile aparently Kevin has a letter from manufacturer to say that is acceptable. Kevin is a liar and waste of time. Ended up buying a new engine. They sound professional and look great on Internet but actually they are clearly not Stay clear if I was you.

Worst purchasing experience ever from Cars & Vans R Us of Milton Keynes
I know now that I was conned into signing a finance agreement within two hours of my first enquiry with Vans r us of Milton Keynes. This agreement locks you to the vehicle reg, so you can not decline on delivery or exchange. Regardless of what they tell you. I was fobbed off and blatantly lied to for a month waiting for delivery. Only when I contacted the finance company did anything happen. When the van was finally delivered, it was dented and had broken parts that I had to deal with under the existing warranty, and I have recently found out that the side door has been patched up and resprayed. I was repeatedly told that I "would not be disappointed". This now turns out to be a threatening statement rather than a reassurance. The van has other problems with the gearbox now, which will cost me more in lost time and money. Not good for a 60 reg van. I was promised an extended warranty as a gesture of goodwill due to the delays on delivery and guess what, I was lied to yet again. Please don't be taken in, they sound very professional and plausible as a large van supplier, but operate from what amounts to not much more than a farm shed.

Sold Mercedes sprinter head gasket
I recently bought a mercedes sprinter from vansrus only to discover the head gasket had gone , rang them to discuss the problem and basically told "we'll that's tough you didn't take out a warranty " . thanks very much vansrus!!!
