Brought engine for a seat ibiza travelled from birmingham so approx 180miles one way! When fitted to car there was a misfire in cylinder 1 When phoned they tried denying a refund which was of 400 pound! They tried saying my return policy had expired but i was within 30 days! When took engine back he stated that the engine had been opened??? & that he would only give a refund of 200 pound! Which will just cover the fuel money! Having no choice i took the money:( never will i use them again travelled so far thinking i was getting a good deal! Lost around 500 pound in total including labour and fuel!2 weeks wages gone in the waste could of used that money for christmas on my little boy! So 500 pound loss and no engine! As the name suggests U walk in alive and more or less they suck every penny out of u when u walk out so your dead in pocket!

terrible service
bought a part in good faith on the promise it had been 'fully tested'. Fitted to the vehicle and it had a clear and obvious fault. They refused a refund and ignore your calls. absolutely no idea about customer service or morals! Rude and unhelpful - Avoid at all costs!!!
