shabby customer treatment
I had several experiences of shabby treatment by this company. Twice I was kept waiting, once at midnight I waited for over an hour, another time for two hours, & was told it had been a 'no show' despite 6 people sitting continuously at window watching & not seeing a taxi turn up, & if it came, obvious that no effort made by driver to knock on the door. These sort of incidents recurred. I sought compensation, was offered 50 Pence discount! No longer use them. Rude manager.
