Worst Bouncy Castle Hire EVER!

On 24.07.13 I ordered a bouncy castle off castles of wakefield. I herd the advertisement on real radio and I thought it was a great off so I didn't hesitate and immediately ordered one. I paid £25 as I got a voucher off wowcher the man was really polite on the phone and said if it rains we can re arrange I thought Evan better. Then on 14.08.13 I waited all day for a confirmation phone call. Then finally at 8:10 pm on a withheld number I received a phone call, it was a lady very common and spoke very rudely to me. She told me I could no longer have the bouncy castle as it forecasted rain for all day and I'd already checked the forecast and it didn't forecast rain. So I was left mortified as it was for my 3 years olds party, I asked if there was anything she could do but she insisted there wasn't and there equipment wasn't safe for use in rainy weather. My partner then called them up and was hung up on by the gentle man him self we tried calling back a few more times but he ignored his phone. I then went on to use someone elses phone and surprise surprise he answered. So on 15.08.12 my little boy was left heart broken as his bouncy castle he set his heart on did not come. This is actually fraud as he took my money and didn't deliver the bouncy castle! This is really unfair on children and I'm disgusted that they can let little children down like this and rob me of my money. On his disclaimer number 14 it clearly states all bouncy castles have to stay up in heavy rain that it is strongly recommended that inflatables stay inflated as it helps rain run off and all bouncy castles have water proof roofs. This is evidence that the bouncy castle was safe to use in the rain. He could be out there doing it to loads of family's and it states that he has to give me 48 hours notice which was not done and also he didn't arrange another day for the bouncy castle. He hasn't Evan offered to pay back the money he now stole as he didn't bring the bouncy castle. He needs stopping as its am act of fraud
