Poor Customer Service
I took my car here for an M.O.T last week, and was greeted politely, the gentleman behind the reception desk seemed very helpful. The car failed, and i was quoted a minimum of £400, "and that's before they've even figured out what's wrong", i was then told. I shopped around, and got everything fixed at another local garage for £375. When i returned for a re-test yesterday, again, i was greeted politely by the man behind reception. However, when the gentleman in charge of the M.O.T had finished his inspection, and returned my keys to me via the window hatch, he was incredibly blunt and rude. I asked him politely to tell me exactly what caused yet another fail, and he repeated himself VERY slowly, and in a patronizing manner, then sharply shut the window as i was half way through a sentence. I turned to the receptionist and repeated the interrupted sentence, "Have you any idea what could be causing this?" to which he replied, "Take it back to who fixed the other stuff, and get them to look, thanks bye." All of this took place while an elderly lady was warmly greeted and offered a manner of personal services regarding her vehicle, and i couldn't help but feel penalized for not having paid their extortionate repair quotation. I was actually recommended to this garage by a family member, and certainly won't be returning. The customer service, and attitude towards certain customers is appalling.

I won't take my car anywhere else
Just had my car MOT'd here after it has been off the road for 2 years. 230 quid has just seen them sort out all my brakes, shock absorbers and other things I can't remember the name of! This price included the MOT fee. I nearly tripped over my own jaw - I was expecting to pay at least double that. A very friendly approach, and helpful advice on your motoring queries. I can not tell you how satisfied I am. Friends and work colleagues have also used this garage and were also very happy customers
