When will this end?
The overall review of this letting agent is poor. Although polite.. to an extent, they will give you hidden charges throughout your process from "beginning to end." Unfortunately if you have already started a tenancy with this agency your in for spending a lot of money from within their hidden clauses, NOT with the landlord but with them. They make you pay for all the fee's that the landlord should pay (if anyone!). The one that bite's you hard is when you think it is all over and you have to pay around £200 "leaver's fee." Please guys, if you read this before you make a decision please stay away to save you agro, money & hell! P.S They have one "big(ish)" landlord that not even they like, that will make your life living hell!

Know all the tricks of the trade
Albeit on this occasion they are working alongside the most arrogant, obnoxious landlord you will ever come across. Which has made our "home" living hell. I am stunned at all the fees we have had to pay through them and it just doesn't stop! The day I move out (which everyone knows isn't the most stress free of days), they come knocking on my door with a smug smile and hand me a letter. I open it to find that they are charging me £180 exit fee! When will it all end!!!?? I understand that there are costs and moving isn't cheap. But if you want to pay more then necessary and deal with their kind of landlords then this is the letting agents for you.
