Rude, rude..

I come here regularly cause their really affordable prices. But the woman working as a front of house, is so so rude that I'm seriously considering changing to similar affordable places on city road and def stop recommending this one. I asked today if by any chance they could tell me more or less the waiting time, so that my partner could wait having a coffee or go back home. There was just one person sitting on the sofa so didn't expect much waiting anyway.The answer I got was a sharp "no" from a woman called shareez. Not the first time she reacts like that with customers. She lacks of manners and she's obviously not happy there. it's not the first time I see her mocking customers neither and she obviously enjoys being an asshole for no reason at all. if she's not happy she shouldn't be there, it destroys the good atmosphere that you feel when you are actually with the proper staff. They are very nice.
