Dyed the hair all wrong, so much ash it looked COMPLETELY grey. Went back to complain, wouldn't offer a refund. Decided they would dye it AGAIN and burnt and blistered my scalp, dyed my hair bright ginger and then made me pay and EXTRA £14 ( tried making me pay £20) ON TOP of the £20 I paid for them to trash it in the first place.
