Awful experience, never again!!!!
had a colour n highlight package, there is nothing good to say about my experience - wasn't even value for money at the end of the day. the person who did my hair was moody, rude with no customer service skills at all, kept swearing and moaning how fiddly the job was and how she couldn't be "arsed"! was told to sign a disclaimer after the colour was put on! my hair looks nothing like I asked for and the condition is awful. my advice is save ur money and don't go there.
