Bad Attitude by Cellys Staff
My daughter has had three bad experiences over the last four months. Today (06.11.21), a new Cellys staff member is refusing to cut all under 16 year old hair, despite Cellys advertising they do. When my daughter questioned this she was physically pushed out the door, by the new staff member and shouted at. Another time, my daughter turned up at 5:05pm for a hair cut and was refused, as they said they are closing. This was odd as they close at 7pm on Saturdays. Only one other customer was in the shop and they had nearly two hours left, before they finished. Another time when they did decide to cut and wash my daughters hair they were lackadaisical as they washed her face as well as her hair. My daughter asked if they could please stop washing her face and Cellys staff turned round and said ''sorry'' in a sarcastic tone. Definitely will not be sending my daughter to Cellys again!!. The staff pick and choose who they want to give haircuts to and have absolutely no customer service skills. Happy to pay more elsewhere for an all round professional service.

Haircut
I am really pleased with my haircut the salon is clean and bright and easy access because I am disabled the staff are helpful and I would recommend either of the 2 male hairdresser as they take time and care over haircuts and I think 9.90 is reasonable for a haircut and colours are cheap as well. I use cellys hemel hempstead
