Atrocious customer service - it took 3 telephone calls to find out when they were coming to fit a full house of carpets. They didn't arrive until 4pm, then spent the whole time moaning that they were running out of time, and rushed the job. My back bedroom carpet wasn't stretched properly and they didn't finish the job. They promised to come back the next day but never turned up. They were quick to ask for cash payment though. i rang up 3 times to find out when they were coming back to finish the job, and each time was promised a phone phone call back ........a week later I fitted the hall, stairs and landing carpet myself as they never bothered to return any of my phone calls. Be advised...go somewhere else!
