Central Letting Agents aim to be as flexible as possible. We offer three different levels of services, however we are more than happy to listen to any additional request that you may have. The services offered are as follows, free rental valuation,
extensive advertising in the local newspapers and various property portals including Rightmove, accompanied viewings via a member of staff, a full 6 year credit search and a comprehensive reference on all potential tenants, draw up and execute an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement (or other if needed), collection of the first months rent and deposit, register the deposit with the DPS (Deposit Protections Service), notify all utility suppliers and the council of the new tenants.
