Victorian tiles in front garden
Didi and Luiza were very professional. They did a great job cleaning and sealing tiles in my front garden which had been laid badly (and not been sealed) about 5 years ago. They were uneven so they had mostly to clean each tile individually. They spent more than 6 hours doing this and the tiles now look lovely. They are passionate about their work and explained to me at each stage what they were doing which was both useful and reassuring. I would highly recommend them and would use them again myself without hesitation.

Excellent
Didi and Luiza were extremely professional and their work was outstanding. They had to remove very old and very hard and difficult to remove paint from some tiled flooring. They managed this in only a few hours! We are all absolutely delighted with the result. We will hire them again without hesitation and recommend them to everyone who may require their services.

Excellent Service & Great Restoration
Didi arrived quickly examined what needed doing and emailed a quote the same day. We accepted immediately and he arrived on the agreed day to do the work which took two days. He cleaned built up hard water lim scale from the marble walled shower room, sealed and polished. In the main bathroom he repaired a broken marble tile and cleaned, grout, tiles and then polished. Our Kitchen floor was in a dreadful state due to poor installation and no care by the previous owners. Didi made this look like new again. Throughout he was courteous, conscientious and a mine of restoration information and after care.

Tile disaster avoided!
Having mistakenly believed the supplier of my Mexican saltillo tiles as to how I should seal them, when it came to grouting them they were ruined it seemed. Didi and Luiza from Tile Doctor came to my rescue had restored them to their former beautiful colour 2 days after having given me the estimate. I no longer have to live with a disaster! They were a pleasure to work with and a font of useful advice.

Damaged marble
Didi and Luiza were an absolute pleasure. I received a prompt phone call and I was seen very quickly and they were very polite, kind and professional. The work was completed to a very high standard and I was so happy with the service I received. I was given all the information needed to maintain the tiles once the work was complete. Highly recommended! Happy customer.

Kitchen Terracotta Renovation
I had a 30 year old terracotta kitchen floor, which was getting tatty and in need of renovation. Initially I tried stripping back old polish and sealer myself, without much success. Then I found Tile Doctor Didi and made contact, He came quickly to look at the floor and projected confidence to renovate it. That took several visits and these were always well planned to fit my own timetable. Certainly he (and Luiza) worked hard, were pleasant company, organised and communicated well about what was involved. If I had found Tile Doctor sooner I could have saved myself much wasted effort on a DIY project. LoL

Viakal acid etchings removed
I had serious acid etchings from spraying Viakal on my marble shower box and basin. Didi and his partner did a good job of polishing out the majority of the acid etchings. It was a 3 day job for them. And overall I was happy with the result and service.

Fantastic result
Didi did a fantastic job. The tiles are 12 years old and look as good as new. The entire experience was good. He was prompt, professional and he certainly knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.

Look no further
Excellent all round service from Didi of Tile Doctor London. Badly marked tiles left looking better than new. I paid twice due to computer error and Didi refunded the overpayment immediately. Totally trustworthy and a very friendly efficient service.
