RUINED MY GRADUATION

Vasant the owner/photographer refused to provided me with a price guide on three different occasions, even at the shoot my mum and I were told not to worry about the costs. I was never shown a price guide until the day of viewing where my self, father and partner were shouted at told to "F*** OFF" and were made out to be liars. On the day of the shoot Vasant was accommodating but turned into a different person on the viewing day. The Central Studio website suggests that they take the utter most care and consideration with their clients and offer a charismatic service. however I have been left feeling very disappointed and shocked by this persons insults. Initially the session was booked for Thursday evening was he re-scedualed for the Saturday, My family and partner took time off to attend and for an additional cost I hired my gown for an extra week. We are all absolutely horrified and dissuaded by his treatment and feel someone of this character should not be trading. It has left a traumatic lifelong memory for us all creating a bitter feeling for my hard earned achievements. PLEASE DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES
