Steer Clear Fraudsters!!!
The house i was to move into was supposed to be furnished and on moving in day there wasn't a single piece of furniture! i tried to object but they were rude and uncouth! In frustration i cancelled the agreement and they withheld my deposit as well saying that it made up for the cancellation charges. Century 21 are filled with double crossing scoundrels. Beware!

These agents should be shut down!
I was renting a property with them and the boiler broke down a month into the contract. I called and visited but to no avail and mind you, this was in the middle of winter. I have three toddlers and a retarded sister living with me and I had to lug them all to neighbors house for three days on their lounge. then i had to rent another property till this house was fixed. It took a full six months to get the new boiler installed. they deducted my deposit saying that I broke the boiler and refused to pay any compensation for the months I was renting elsewhere and also had the audacity to demand early termination fees. I intend to launch a lawsuit to compensate for my suffering! People! Do NOT use these agents!
