Bad customer service and over priced
Receptionist have no idea how to talk to customers. Rude and stroppy. Acting like immature brats when you question why the boiler is still not working after being told it would! Shouting down the phone and putting the phone down on the customer! Think Chadford Ltd need to send their reception/admin staff to training school! Then the boiler engineer left the house with no warm water when previously before the so called repair we had some warm water!
