Challinors Solicitors - Disappointed!
I completed their web-based "enquiry form" giving them my email and telephone number and asking them to contact me as I wanted them to prepare my will - waited a week and no reply. What's the point having a fancy website and contact form if they're going to ignore you? When I rang their office the person I spoke to blamed the IT department. Doesn't exactly fill you with confidence about their professionalism. I decided to try someone else.
