Chamberlains is a London based Lettings and Property Management company serving single Property Landlords as well as those with a Portfolio.

Our team include Gas Safe Registered engineers with previous experience of working for housing associations and many London councils, all members of our team are also certified by the National Federation of Property Professionals.

We are proud members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme and offer a complete Property Management service for landlords, these range from sourcing and referencing tenants to carrying out periodic inspections and undertaking any necessary repairs using our network of registered and vetted tradesman.

Our experience and expertise ensures that all tenancies that we manage fully adhere to all current legislation.

Our In-House Gas Safe Engineers specialise in carrying out all aspects of Gas related work which include installations as well as regular servicing of Heating & Domestic Boiler systems.
