Avoid at all costs
I booked an appointment which I had to cancel in advance due to personal reasons. My mother was then called and harassed on the phone asking why the appointment was cancelled and I later got a rude and offensive message and told not to rearrange the appointment. I was forced to explain my very personal reason for cancelling the appointment and asked for an apology but only received a further rude message explaining Grant was his own boss and could choice whatever customers he wanted. Never dealt with a more unprofessional person.
