Counselling Service

Individual counselling offered with a BACP accredited, qualified and experienced counsellor.
Sessions are offered in a warm and relaxed environment where you are facilitated to explore whatever is going on for you whether that be a bereavement, anxiety, family issues, work/redundancy problems or any other trauma, challenge or difficulty you are facing.
Clients can refer themselves for counselling or referral or recomendation may come through a G.P or other health professional.
Reduced fees for counselling students.

Workshops - personal/professional development

Workshops are delivered on a monthly basis, each workshop focuses on a different aspect of personal or professional development.
Workshops are relevant for anyone who is interested in the given topic - counsellors, trainees, nurses, carers, support workers, Gp's, teachers/teaching assistants, parents, HR staff, or people who are just curious to learn. Everyone is welcome at Chapters.
Workshops cost £95 for a full day (which includes refreshments and a light lunch) or £49 for a half day workshop (which includes refreshments). All resources and certificates are included in the cost.

Counselling and Supervision Training

Counselling training is offered from the Level 2 through to the 2 year Level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling which is the professional level qualification.
Plans are afoot to deliver a Level 5 course (quite possibly a CBT based programme) from the autumn time of this year.
We also have a Level 6 Diploma in Supervision that will be delivered over 6 weekends throughout 2009/2010 beginning in September.
