Operating from the heart of the Surrey Hills, we offer a very personal property search & acquisition service, covering London and the South of England; in particular, Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. There is a terrific motivation to live in this part of England and research shows the location, schools, practicality, quality of life, wonderful countryside, road, rail and air links make this part of England a truly desirable place to live.

With 20 years experience we are fully versed in the care of new and period property and all that is required to maintain the integrity of such buildings. This makes us knowledgeable in the management of staff, contractors, preparing and managing maintenance programmes, working to budget, client reporting, managing tenants and all facets of villa holidays. As owners' requirements vary, we are used to tailoring the service we offer to suit the needs of our clients' circumstances, the property and its location.

We believe a structured approach to managing property allows owners to be being fully aware, and in control, of the maintenance of their property. Having a transparent management service working to an agreed schedule with regular reporting means clients are fully versed in all aspects of any works being carried out and confident that their property is in good hands. One essential to complement the service and reporting is having a permanent presence in France and the UK allowing for excellent communication and ease of access, giving clients the comfort of knowing we are close at hand.
