These apartments are situated on the west wing of Chatsworth House and have their own private communal entry/sitting out area. There are elevated views over the Gannel Estuary from the front of Chatsworth House and the property is set within its own grounds in a beautiful rural location and yet close proximity to Fistral Beach and the town centre. The apartments are managed by the owners and all guests are personally greeted on arrival. Chatsworth is particularly suitable for couples/families and has ample safe allocated parking in site. This is a stunning location with lots of activities. The Gannel Estuary provides magnificent views and there is a wealth of local activities to enjoy including canoeing, horse riding, bird watching, fishing and Gannel/coastal walks. There is an abundance of wildlife and rarely seen birds frequent the area such as the egret. Other regular visitors are cormorants, herons, swans, buzzards and hawks. Chatsworth House & Apartments are south facing and the grounds form an enclave that provides a sun trap. There are several seating areas for guests to sit out and enjoy the views both close to the apartment and within the front of the grounds. The gardens are beautifully presented throughout. Close by there the boating lake and award winning tea gardens, Newquay Zoo, Riding Stables and the famous Fistral Beach. So highly desirable is the area that even the famous have stayed at Chatsworth House, this including the talented international actors Michael Cain and Donald Sutherland whilst filming on location within the area. Facilities within the apartments are excellent. The entrance vestible leads into the main hallways of both apartments, which in turn provides access to the lounge, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
