R9 windows fitted by cheam windows what a mess... will all have to be replaced due to the sashes not being made properly made and causing damp and lots of other faults. was promised 6 week turnaround 6 months later still not finished taking them to court

Substandard Service and Workmanship!
Have had windows fitted few months ago. Had so many faults. The customer service was extremely poor and arrogant! After much chasing and only one visit few months later, most of the problems are still there! Products are good, but the service and workmanship is extremely poor!

Poor installation and service
March 2014 - Job was rushed and door badly fitting with several other problems including holes in the walls. Expected to pay on the spot despite it being dark when finished and impossible to check properly. Very poor communication throughout and no apologies or offers of compensation. Came back to fix things but door is still hung wrongly and hits the frame when closing. Just about to write to them again to request a second subsequent visit to properly fix the door.

Appalling customer service
Despite being satisfied with the windows themselves the customer service (or lack of it) from Cheam Windows was appalling. It took almost 6 months to get installation issues sorted out and I am still waiting for some kind of acknowledgement from the MD in spite of sending letters and emails. Be very wary of using them and make sure you do not pay in full until you are satisfied that the job has been done properly.

Very Poor Customer Service....
Fitters of Timberwindows.com products. Very poor communication throughout especially from manager. Problem spotted when doors fitted, but reluctant to sort out. New doors remade by Timberwindows and sent to Cheam windows to fit.....still waiting for them to contact me..........
