Awful!

I purchased £28 worth of flowers for my mother for mothers day, the flowers lasted 14 hours before i had to take them back as most of them had died! And my mother was very Displeased To keep my mother happy i had bought more flowers from another florist local to her, as she lives 20 miles away from myself so it was not possible to just return the flowers so i took the original flowers back to chestermans in caterham, explained the situation, the lady offered to exchange the flowers, this was no good as i had already purchased flowers of a better quality from the other florists, local to my mother, so i asked the lady for my money back, she said 'we are not in the business of giving refunds'! And told me she would speak to the manager, a few hours later she calls back, and explains that no refund would be given, she stated that the flowers had been left in a 'warm unsuitable place' and again refused my refund, so im £28 down and have no flowers to show for it! i suggest using son flowers in warlingham green, they are a better company to deal with!
