An expensive and horrendous haircut
I paid over £100 for highlights which dodn't cover my roots and a haircut that despite telling him not to use a razor or my long blonde hair he ignored. as a top stylist he should have been able to tell that my hair is thick and dry on the ends and is unable to take a razor! Would never return.

Dreadful overpriced salon
I received an acceptable haircut at Cheynes but it was tough work getting the stylist to recommend anything, and my hair was washed much too vigorously to be relaxing! I discovered afterwards that my hair had been cut by one of the top stylists, even though I had not requested this or been told before hand. This made the price much more expensive than I expected or could afford. The receptionist was very unhelpful and rude. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of going to Cheynes to look elsewhere!
