Very poor customer service. Avoid
Booked a discounted voucher via Lastminute months ago and it seems painful for staff and managers to respond if at all, I have now waited over two weeks for a refund with no communication. Very,very bad customer service. So disappointed as I made them aware that the booking I wanted to make was part of a birthday present for my mother
