Sandira really knows her stuff and an extremely helpful person . I had a tuning forks session with her and training on the gongs and crystal bowls.

A lovely experience of sound healing
I went to a series of sound healing sessions with Sandira at a time when longstanding physical health problems had left me at a low ebb; from the first session I began to feel a real shift, and over a few weeks felt a boost in both my emotional and physical energy. I appreciated the way Sandira had brought together her learning from many healing traditions and also her own background as a musician. I am happy to recommend Sandira as a caring and intuitive therapist

Just what I needed
I felt out of sorts. Stressed, forgetful, distracted and anxious. Having suffered a bereavement and taking on too much work in order to stop myself thinking about it..... all began to take its toll. I had a sound healing session with Sandira who was able to identify which of my Chakras needed working on. The sound healing was a relaxing experience. When I left I felt good and the same evening I experienced (brief) stomach pain and many suppressed emotions coming to the surface that I was unable or unwilling to acknowledge were released. That evening I experienced a deep relaxing sleep and this was followed by feelings of clarity and calm that I had not felt for some time. I retained this for a substantial period of time. I've since gone back for a further sound healing session, following the impact of further stresses and pressures upon me. The result was the same and I felt able to deal with these with a clear and calm mind. I'd really recommend Sandira's sound healing if you are feeling low on energy or suffering the stresses and strains of life. Thanks Sandira. Blessings.

Amazing sound healing
I have received sound healing a few times now and am always amazed as to how my body responds. It always relaxes me but I also feel more energerised. Sometimes during the healing there are pains arising and then by breathing into the discomfort it allows the vibration to relax and unblock and the energy flows through. I recently took my husband for a session and he was so pleased with how he felt afterwards - he had a strong pain in his shoulders which went away during the healing and he is now looking forward to his next session. I highly recommend trying this unique healing.
