Nightmare of a company

Had a terrible experience with them. Ordered 3 beds in Nov 22 and didnt received them until Jan 23 even though they were supposed to come 2nd week of dec. The worst thing was that they lie about delivery dates and don't turn up. We arranged for someone to be home on 5 different occasions because they promised delivery but didn't turn up. Eventually the beds arrived and there were issues with all 3. A month of chasing them up before they took them back to fix. Another month of lies and excuses later, we received 2 beds back but the 3rd was nowhere to be found. We turned up at their factory for a refund after constant excuses and things got heated as the owner is a v rude & unprofessional individual who far from being apologetic for messing customers about, gaslights them and gets aggressive. Eventually in march 2023 we got a refund for the 3rd bed but not until we had threatened to take them to small claims court. I would urge people to check out the negative reviews on Google too.

If you want faulty furniture, terrible customer services and to be consistently lied to then use this company! If not buy else where! Purchased 2 double space saver beds for just under £700, I won’t go in to details of delivery but it was terrible got messed around didn’t come when expected and delivery man wouldn’t take them upstairs. When we put them together the middle bar that holds up the slats on both beds was fitted to high (so the slats were like a seesaw). When I phoned the chic company there response was “we know what’s happened they have used the wrong template” They advised me to move the middle fittings on the top and bottom of both beds down and re screw it. When I said this would leave 4 holes on each side of the beds and I wasn’t happy with that they said the boss would call me. Guess what no one called! Between 7/7-25/7 I called 2-3 times a day being told someone would call me back. On the 25 July they offered me a measly £85 which I’m still waiting for!

I was so excited about receiving my new bed, it came quicker than I expected which was great. Great delivery the driver was so helpful and humble. It took us a week or so to open the headboard it as I was in start-stop labour and it just wasn't a priority the base was in place and comfy. When we finally got round to opening the headboard it was a lot lower than we anticipated, the stitching was frayed and the studding wasn't straight! Was so disappointed. I contacted customer service and they quickly started with all the, "we have a standard size as it doesn't fit up the stairs." ( if I was worried about it fitting up my stairs I would not have ordered the beautiful bed in the picture!) The bed in the picture was not what I received, also the fixtures supplied fit their purpose. When emailing them, it took them 2 weeks to reply asking if they could call, I agreed and waited a further 5 days to get the phone call, this is after them telling me they never receive the emails and couldn't see them. they have given us the run around for about 5 months asking for measurements and me retelling them what the issues were. I had to refuse phone calls due to needing a trail of emails for the case I will file against them. Finally, we got an email saying t that our new headboard would be delivered within a week, no sign of my headboard another month went by, they basically fobbing us off every month with a new excuse. I then requested a full refund but still did not hear from them having given them months to rectify the problem before leaving a review (this being the edited version) I found this company dishonest and untrustworthy. I finally heard from them telling me that my headboard had been in the wear-house for weeks awaiting delivery, but the guy dealing with my case was off and now that he was back he would sort it. I was told it would be delivered Wednesday or Thursday so I stayed in and waited, having to cancel a day trip. I asked for confirmation but received no reply until Friday night saying it would be delivered Saturday between 6-9. THE DELIVERY It was finally here! I was so happy and ready to amend my review, the driver knocked on my door asking about the headboard he needed to collect, I said it's on the top of the landing, they refused to get it as they have no connection to the company just deliver (they asked a lot of questions re the bed for someone not a part of the company) anyway, hubby and I brought the headboard down and handed over and the left our new headboard at the door. Once we got it up the stairs, put it in place and u wrapped we noticed the sagging material on the wings and the three buttons that were missing! at this point I am so exhausted with this company, I almost feel like they did it on purpose. I would never recommend them, in fact, I would go out of my way to ensure that people are saved from such a horrid experience. I will update with pics asap!
