I have fond memories of Chili's restaurants from back home in Australia, but upon visiting this branch, I was sadly disappointed. We arrived and stood waiting, even to be acknowledged for a few minutes (and the restaurant wasn't even busy). This was just the start of the terrible service. We waited at least 15 minutes before we could even order drinks, then when our beers were poured they sat at the bar for 5 minutes before the waiter brought them to our table, by which time they had lost their head and were pretty flat. Our starters were cold and oily. The mains were ok, but not up to the standard I had come to expect from Chili's. Overall, I was very disappointed with the whole Canary Wharf Chili's experience. I really hope that we caught them on a bad day and that this is not what Chili's in the UK are all like. The only positive thing I can say is that they have a cool train that drives around the ceiling of the restaurant, which you can watch while you wait to be served, wait for your drinks, wait for your food....

I've been several times at Chili's in Canary Wharf. More for the location (just above the shopping centre) than for the food. Burgers and fries were ok most of the times but even a lot disappointing other times! They do a pretty good Chicken Caesar Salad and also their chicken dishes aren't bad.And that's all for a fair price... I've always spent 25-ish £ for 2 persons. What annoys me most (and that's the reason why it's a while that I don't go) is that your table is ALWAYS pretty dirty and sticky! The other thing is that the place is rarely crowded and waiters are probably more that necessary, but anyway they are pretty slow in taking your order and serve you the food.
