DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Absolutely terrible. Swept my chimney last year - said it was safe to light a fire. Didn't seem to notice that a chimney pot on top would mean that smoke would trail back into another chimney and down into a baby's bedroom. We were lucky no one died.
