Poor Treatment, Terrible Customer Service

I went to see China Health Massage (CHM) week for a deep tissue shoulder & back massage which their website stated cost £45. When I got there I was charged £50. Half-way through my treatment, the phone rang. The masseuse took the call, spent 15 minutes talking and a further 15 minutes ranting to me about it, clearly ruining all possibility of me relaxing. I was prepared to let this go. However, the final insult occurred four days later. My shoulders and back were still very sore such that point walking was MORE uncomfortable than at pre-treatment. I called CHM to ask if they would fix the problem without charge. The masseuse not only refused, she rated at me, falsely accusing me of bullying her (a theme for this woman given the above phone call). In sum, not only has CHM’s massage treatment done more physical harm than good, but worse, staff have a total disregard for clients’ welfare, and a disgusting attitude towards customer service. I will never return. NOT RECOMMENDED.
