Excellent restaurant!
Delicious food and excellent service. it's my favourite Chinese restaurant in Reading. The staff is extremely friendly, and their dishes are excellent ! I ate from their "all you can eat" menu (£15 on Saturday night, the portions were generous, and the taste delicious). Ok
This chinese is ok, not terrible but definately not up to the standards of other chinese restaurants in Reading.We ate from the all you can eat menu which didn't have that big a choice they had your norm such as crispy duck, sweet & sour, etc. The food was ok but considering we paid around £15 each for the buffet i would have rather got my regular chinese takeaway which is a lot better!The staff were quite slow and it was hard to get their attention. The actual restaurant definately needs a little reburb and a bit of modernisation.I would say go around the corner to Furama, you'l definately have a better meal!

Mmmmm.. Delicious

Horror Palace
I have been to this restaurants a couple of times with friends. The food is generally good, but you'll have to put up with the lack of customer service there. The waiters/waitresses are unhelpful and at many times, rude.The cutlery is sometimes dirty and you have to check that the plates you are given is clean....to avoid getting food poisoning. Was sometimes given the wrong food/order and getting the waitress to take it back takes ages.....service level generally depends on the mood of the staff, and you sometimes get the impression that you are a nuisance to them. Adding/amending your order is a big no-no as you will get the 'killer' look from the staff there. takes ages for the bill to come as well...i normall avoid this restaurant where possible.
