With the approach of the schoool holidays and the summer in London livening up with tourists, attractions and fesitvals, if you are around in August why not give yourself the opportunity to engage in a family fitness regime while learning some useful, colloquial Chinesephrases!Throughout the month of August (1st - 25th) Shifu Heng Sheng will be holding classes every day, Monday to Thursday from 10.30am until 4pm giving you and your children the opportunity to improve your stamina and flexibility or alternatively learn kung fu as a complete beginner or advance the skills you already know. There are no limitations on what you can achieve and all levels are therefore welcome. A daily regime will give you the unique opportunity to learn a variety of kung fu forms and techniques that would usually span over a few months training. The CPAC offers all those people who are curious about China and its rich martial arts history, the unique opportunity to experience a glimpse of what it would be like to train kung fu and experience Chinese culture as you would in China! Eventually the CPAC will also be arranging training trips to China but more on that in one of our future newsletters! For now come and experience a class at the CPAC and book your place in advance for the summer school. Prices are £60 for 1 week, £110 for 2 weeks and only £200 for 4 weeks! Book fast while places remain!Classes are taught by Shifu Heng Sheng, a 35th generation Shaolin Temple Master who has opened the CPAC to empower young people with skills and abilities that can give them a future in performing arts, castings, or simply make them believe that they can do things they never thought possible. Future activities at the CPACA lot will be happening at the Centre in the months to come including Chinese classes, kung fu performances , cinema nights, performance practice and lots more!We hope you will enjoy the multitude of activities and will make our very best to make you feel that you are developing skills that you can implement in your daily life.To Your Abundant Health and Happiness!Warm wishes to you all!
