Our longer appointment times (double that of other clinics) facilitate these services: Ergonomic advice for work and home to reduce aggrevation of problem areas. Sports and fittness advice in detail with dedicated rehabilitation programs taught one-to-one. Deep muscle treatments with stretching and joint manipulation and mobilisation. Use of cryotherapy, Ultrasound, TENS, Interferential, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Dry-needling, and massage therapy onsite where needed.
