I BOUGHT A PAIR SHOES FROM CHOCKERS AND I WORE THEM THE NEXT DAY AND THEY JUST FELL APART I WENT TO RETURN THEM AND THEY SAID I WASNT ALLOWED MY MONEY BACK ONLY THE SAME PAIR WHICH I WASNT HAPPY WITH NEVER EVER BUY FROM THERE AGAIN! WARNING TO EVERYONE ELSE!

be careful
i have been waiting for my refund off this company which they said i will receve in 28 days have rang emailed several times and they cant even be bothered to reply to me! 28 days has gone past weeks ago thgis is disgraceful i cant believe there doing this! good job my stepdads a solicitor thats all i can say.

I received a faulty pair of boots from Chockers online, they said they would refund me the return postage costs. I am still waiting. Customer service is terrible.
