We have been really impressed with Choices! We've just put down a holding deposit on a flat to rent and the process has been incredibly easy. Everything has been clearly explained to us and the staff, in particular Emma who we have been speaking to, have been more than helpful. We're really impressed!

Great Service from Choices
This is the second time I have used Choices. The first time I was in a rush to move and the whole thing was sorted in 48 hours. This time Esme helped me, very polite, friendly and helpful - she found me suitable properties and again, in a couple of days have found the ideal property and completed the paperwork. Thanks Esme!

Girls at horley choices
I think all of the girls where fantastic in the service they provided Billie found me a tenant promptly and Emma's Management of the girls in the Branch is fantastic and vry effecient. Lack of communication at times did let them down but this was also with there customer service department. fees provided where more than negotiable and i will keep returning to choices as they always find the perfect tenants and usually long term so i do not have to keep paing renewal fees.

Great Service
Recently rented a property in Horley and was kept fully informed by Billie throughout the whole process. On the day itself everything went smoothly and the entire choices team were very friendly and helpful
