The roofing work carried out on our property by Chris Pritchard Roofing was first class. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of the service we received, from the materials used, craftsmanship, standard of the site throughout the build and the outstanding finished result. Infinite care was taken that our Grade II listed property would remain in keeping with the surrounding properties - the Bath Listed Buildings Officer even commented on how well the work had been completed. Chris also worked with our Surveyor and Buildings Regulations to ensure all details were perfect. We appreciated being updated on all details of the building work and were immediately informed of any deviation from the agreed schedule (only required due to terrible weather). Despite heavy snow, our property was water tight throughout and we appreciated the care taken by all the tradesmen to keep the site clean and tidy and keep any disruption to a minimum.
