My approach to psychotherapy and counselling is influenced by my own life experience, my extensive training in philosophy, psychology and psychotherapy and by current research in the field of psychotherapy and counselling.

I am offering a safe, confidential space where you can talk to me about anything you like – small or big. No concern is too small or big to be talked about.

I am offering a guided inquiry with a curious attitude that attempts to uncover implicit assumptions and processes and aims at helping you to understand yourself better.

I am able to offer both, short and long-term work. At our first meeting, we will discuss your needs and why you would like to commence therapy. Together, we will think about how to work in a way that suits your needs.
