Massage Therapy

Massage is a major aid in improving the circulation, calming nerves and helping to reduce tight muscles.

The majority of general aches and pains including back pain, originate from muscles
Massage therapy is probably the most powerful and effective natural method available for treating and preventing pain.

Massage also helps to maintain and condition muscles prior to physical activity and sporting events and speeds their recovery after competition and training.

Indian Head Massage

This is a stress busting massage, working on areas of the body which typically suffer from the symptoms of stress.

The treatment is carried out fully clothed and seated. It is the ideal introduction for those new to natural therapies and massage treatments.

Your Treatment

If you wish, you may be accompanied during your treatment by a friend or family member. Under 18's must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
