Scam Alert!
Got a wowcher ticket for 3course of laser hair removal since April. Got there and had to wait a long time before been seen. During the initial consultation, I had the got feeling she's a scammer but I brushed it aside... She (Rosanna) has since booked me 3lots of appointments none of which she has kept... The first time, I was on the train to the appointment and she rang last minute to cancel. She rescheduled me for another day, only for me to discover on the day, according to her, that she had not written it in her diary so she didn't have me planned for the day. Next appointment again, she made me wait at least an hour, she made sure she saw all other patients and kept me to the end despite being there on time. Her silly excuse this time was "the laser equipment has broken just after doing the last client". What??...Then another appointment was booked, only to be cancelled at the last minute on the excuse that she is too busy for the day... By this time, my gut feeling kicked in, it's a scam!!! Do not be fooled...
