Its an excellent club, wonderful enviroment... To enhance the personality for every individual. I would surely reccomend the club to all, as it helps to build self confidence and fitness.

I was looking to start Martial arts and was not sure where to go as there are so many around, however once I found out about shentie's offer of free classes to see is its any good I took them up on the offer, best thing I did. Iain.
