Very poor experience. Told us it would be 10 mins but they left us in the rain for nearly an hour. They have tracking, but I had to ring several times for up dates. On arrival at our destination the driver opened the boot to allow my case to fall out and be damaged beyond repair. Apparently it is in circle cars opinion it is passengers responsibility for checking loading and unloading of luggage. I'm sure that would hold up in court. Very poor service if you like this level use them.

Arrived huton airport lunch time 10th September 2016. Called Circle taxis and was told 20 mins. Weather condition raining. Waited 5 mins and walked to collection area. After an additional 15 mins had to call again to be told another 5 mins. This happened several time and had to wait nearly an hour. At our destination the driver allowed my casr to fall out of the car damaging the top handle so case cannot be used again. Notified circle who could not be bothered to respond. If you want this type of service use them.
