What is the point of having a government advice centre who will not answer the phone, and when they do, they put it straight down on you. I have been rining this advice centre for 3 weeks solid, and I am yet to find the number un-engaged. Their hours for calls are 1:30pm - 4:00pm Mon, Wed, Thurs and Fri, yet the engaged signal you get even prior to these times, and I still got the engaged signal at 7:30pm. Obviously they take the phone off the hook. So answer this - What is the point????????
