Citrine Travel is an Independent Travel Agency. We deal with over 150 different operators and can offer package holidays, tailor made holidays, cruises, escorted tours, flights, holiday parks, cottages and attraction tickets. Whether you are looking for good value or top-end luxury; a day trip, a short break; a fortnights holiday or a round the world cruise; by yourself, as a couple or a family, or even a group; UK holidays, European holidays or holidays further afield; we would like to help.
As well as the holidays themselves, we also provide Holiday Extras, such as insurance, airport parking, airport hotels, airport lounges, car hire, resort transfers or attraction tickets.

About Us

Citrine Travel is a member of the Global Travel Group, one of the largest groups of independent travel agents in the UK. This gives us the buying power of a large group but also allows us to provide the individual service that you want.
We deal with products from over 160 tour operators, 300 airlines and more than 100,000 hotels and villas in 76 different countries. We have contracts with all the major tour operators like Thomson and Thomas Cook as well as the more niche operators such as Sandals, Red Sea Holidays, Kuoni and many, many more. Unlike the majority of high street travel agencies, we are completely independent and are not restricted on what we can sell. Where ever you want to go, who ever you want to go with, we can probably help.
In addition we can supply you with the various "add-ons" such as car-hire, airport parking and hotels, airport lounges and even attractions at very competetive prices.

Book With Confidence

All the package holidays we sell which are supplied by tour operators are covered by their own ATOL licence. In addition, the Global Travel Group's ATOL enables us to provide that special service to tailor make for you the exact holiday you want. (The government sponsored ATOL scheme is for people on package holidays and will, in the event of an airline or tour operator ceasing trading refund your money or return you home.)
Unlike package holidays, people who book flight only holidays are not covered by the ATOL scheme. We cover all these with Airline Failure Insurance for our customers
The Global Travel Group also provides a "Customer Protection Guarantee Scheme". This means your money is immediately placed in an independent trust account totally separate from either our or Global's bank accounts and covered by a unique Customer Protection Guarantee. Hence, your holiday and money is safe when you book through Citrine Travel.
