Shall I say more or is a name of the infamous man controlling City Estates enough? Avoid like plague. Non-existent maintenance, a complete lack of care, rude and arrogant office staff, endless fees and charges. Broad day light robbery.

Not that bad...
I'v been staying in a property run by City Estates for about a year now. Honestly I don't find them as bad to deal with as the other reviewers. What I will say is that the people in the office are a complete joke, rude and really dissinterested. Having worked in customer service I know that it really isn't difficult to use a few airs and graces when dealing with thee people that pay your wages! other than that the maintinence and any problems I'v had have been sorted out quickly and efficiently(a great change from the last agent I used) and the trades people they employ are always friendly and proffesional.

A shambles
Absolute joke of an agent. I can't believe its acceptable to run a business the way they do. If I treated any of my clients they way they treat theirs, I wouldn't have a business for very long!

useless and completely unhelpful
I've lived in a flat managed by city estates for 4 years, rarely reporting a problem. As the flat as gotten older it requires maintenance. City Estates have done nothing to check up on the flat and maintain its equipment, such as ovens and windows. Ultimately charging me to replace damaged hinges on both! Save yourselves a lot of hassle and money and don't ever use these guys!!
