Amazing service today, these guys really saved my behind! I left an answerphone message to call me back urgently and I received a call back within 10 minutes. Arrived at the property before me, and managed to get me in without destroying all the locks so that I had to get replacements. Also - the card machine meant I could pay easily. I snapped my key in my lock this morning at 07.00am , Nick from city locksmiths arrived within 40 minutes , removed the snapped key , then opened the door so I could get my other key from inside the flat. Fantastic service and great price. I will use city locksmiths again if I get locked out.

The engineer turned up promptly and dealt with my lost key situation without fuss. He was friendly and polite.
